Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your data, email us at legal@creatorclaw.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

CreatorClaw respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we hold, what gets deleted when you request it, and how to submit a deletion request.

What Data We May Hold

Depending on how you've used CreatorClaw, we may have collected:

Because CreatorClaw is primarily a client-side application, much of your session data (theme preferences, saved ideas, etc.) is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage.

How to Delete Your Local Data

To immediately remove all data stored locally in your browser:

Open your browser settings

In Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data. In Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.

Find creatorclaw.co

Search for "creatorclaw.co" in the site data list, or choose to clear all site data.

Clear the data

Select "Local Storage" and/or "Cookies" and confirm deletion. This immediately removes all locally stored CreatorClaw data from your device.

How to Request Server-Side Data Deletion

To request deletion of any data we hold on our servers (logs, analytics, contact records), follow these steps:

Send an email to legal@creatorclaw.co

Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Include identifying information

Provide the email address or social media handle(s) associated with your use of CreatorClaw so we can locate your data.

We'll confirm and process

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We'll send a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your deletion request is processed:

Facebook / Instagram Login Data

If you connected CreatorClaw via Facebook Login or Instagram authorization, you can also revoke that access directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook App Settings
  2. Find "CreatorClaw" in the list of apps
  3. Click "Remove" to revoke access and request deletion of associated data

After revoking access, send us a deletion request at legal@creatorclaw.co to ensure any data on our end is also removed.
